I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Simpy Sadana. She is the best real estate agent and more importantly, a friend who understands your needs and your limitations from a buying perspective. She showed me more than 80 houses over the period of 7 months in different places of my choice. She was super patient, guided me throughout the process, and gave the right advice and opinion every time to ensure that I was making the right choice and paying the right buck for what I getting. Neither did she ever force me to pick any house nor did she ever ask me to pay beyond my budget just to get me some random house. Finally, when she got me my house, it was a dream come true to be here however despite other offers being higher than mine, she fought for me and worked with the seller's agent to ensure that I got the house even when my offer was not the highest. I was totally impressed with Simpy Sadana. The process was short and very sweet. She looked at my house, told me what I should do to make it more professional looking and we discussed a good price. She gave me a range and I selected an amount I thought my house was worth. What I found to be very impressive was that she had a professional photographer take pictures. I really believe those pictures are what sold my house. We received 4 offers and I think about 50 people came to look at it. We had 2 open houses. Simpy was able to get my asking price and even though similar homes were priced much less she shared valuable information with the inspector and he did not take 1 dollar off the price. We listed and closed within 2 months. I would recommend her to anyone.
Exceptional and honest are the first words that come to mind when describing Simpy. From the very first meeting, she was kind and filled with knowledge. She is more than just a realtor, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience of what goes into fixing up a home to your dream specifications. She sees the vision you have which helps you elaborate on it and helps to get a price point in mind when the dollar signs start racking up. I would say it would be similar to doing a walk-through with a contractor as well. We just navigated a really difficult housing market and Simpy was correct with her assessment at every turn.
